📌 Qualified BDO Cardholders must proceed with the following steps:
a. Sign up via www.buyandship.ph or through the mobile app
b. Fill in the required registration information, including the Philippines delivery address and preferred pricing type, and enter the promo code BDO + the first six digits of the qualified BDO card (e.g. BDO123456) on the ‘Referral Code/Promotion Code’, click ‘Finish Completing Profile’. A member ID will be assigned per account.
c. The Php 400 credits will be automatically reflected in the account and can be viewed at My Profile > My Credit. The Php 400 credit will be valid for 60 days.
d. Shop from any online stores in Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Thailand, Korea, Japan, Australia, Italy, the United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States. Upon checkout, enter the corresponding Buyandship country address where the item was purchased. Recipient details for the package must include the Buyandship member ID.
e. The following shipment details must be updated in the Buyandship account:
- Buyandship overseas warehouse where the item was purchased
- Tracking number from the online store
- Provide the information on purchased items such as category, brand, quantity, and unit price.
- Agree on the terms and conditions, then click ‘Next’
- Review the Shipment Information and Declaration Details, and click ‘Confirm and Declare’
f. All items purchased from other countries shall be shipped to Buyandship Hong Kong warehouse, shipping time may take up to 14 calendar days. Buyandship will store the package in the warehouse for up to 42 calendar days for free. Corresponding storage fees will apply afterward.
g. When ready to ship the package to the Philippine address, the Php 400 credits will be automatically applied to the shipping fee calculation.
h. Select a card as the payment method and pay using a qualified BDO Card.
How to Avail the Exclusive Promo For New Users
Step 1: Visit Buyandship Website, and click “SIGN UP” at the top right corner.
Step 2: Fill in your name, last name, and email address, and set a password. Click “SIGN UP” once you’re done.
Tips: We will update you on the latest status of your shipment by email, therefore it’s recommended to register with an email that is frequently used.
Step 3: Check your mailbox and click the link to finish mobile verification.
Step 4: Optimize your personal profile, and enter your mobile number to finish the verification.

- The promo period is from October 6 to March 31, 2023.
- Delivery to the Philippines may take up to 14 business days. An email will be sent to the registered email address to track the package once in transit.
- Please refer to the Buyandship FAQ for the complete list of prohibited items.
- The promo is non-transferable and non-cumulative and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotions, discounted items, and fixed price unless specified.
- The promotion is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Buyandship and the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of BDO Credit and Debit Cards. In case of questions or disputes related to the promo and the Terms and Conditions of said promo, the same shall be resolved and/or subject to the final decision of Buyandship and BDO, with DTI consent.
