So far I've had really amazing experiences using buy&ship! The shipping may seem a bit expensive but at least the handling fees/proxy fees are not too hefty. Packing of items and shipping to my country are super fast, and items are always packed well.

Unreliable. I ordered the item and paid for it and they cancel it and label it as prohibited saying that an ECU is a flammable material.... if you think about it all items are flammable. Laptops are allowed but an ECU is not? Now I need to wait for 5 days for my refund. What a waste of time. Customer service is TRASHHH and seems like most of them are uneducated. 04-28-2025 was the date of the cancellation AND UNTIL NOW I DONT HAVE MY REFUND BACK.

The app is great, but I overlooked the 100 cm size limit. My package was 146 cm, making shipping too costly. When I asked for a return, they simply said, "If you want to discard it, let us know." It’s frustrating that no return option exists for valuable items. A return service, even at the customer’s expense, would be a great improvement.
