    Buying and returning policies are…

    Buying and returning policies are improved. Before I had to pay for the return shipping fee if I am not happy with the product or not fit well. So it push me away from buying. But now it’s improved so will come back more often. My last order trainer was the most comfortable I have ever bought. And I introduced to my colleague to get it too.

    Best boots I have ever bought.

    The most comfortable boots I bought for Winter. I can put them on first thing in the morning and often taken off at night. They are so comfortable. I did buy a second pair in a different colour.

    Great shoes but haven't got a long enough strap.

    Always buy from fitflop as there shoes are amazing. Unfortunately I had to return this time as the strap on the shoe was quite tight for my foot. There returns system is easy and refunds are prompt. All round can't fault fitflop at all.

    These are the best shoes

    These are the best shoes, whether you get the sandals or the closed shoes, they will help you walk all day. I have severe ankle problems and these have been a wonder. I can be on my feet for hours with these where before I had to rest often. And there are a lot of cute styles.

    Fantastic customer service, here within 24hrs. Trainers are well made and fit as expected. I have to wear an orthotic sole and I didn’t need to change from my usual size.
