You can still shop your favorite beauty products in-store and via Text to Buy and, if you are opted in to receiving marketing communications from The Cosmetics Company Store, be sure to stay tuned, we’re working on new and exciting ways for you to shop directly with us in the future!

What if I need help with an existing order?

We’re here to help. For any questions related to an existing order or return, please contact our team at support@cosmeticscompanystore.com.


How long will returns be accepted?

At The Cosmetics Company Store we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied. In the case of an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days from the date of your delivery and our Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you. Please note that all items are final sale with the exception of defective merchandise.


Damaged items

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials and the items inside and contact us immediately.
