    I used series 7 for years as old series 9 was clumsy. But this shaver is top marks with no powder or anything. Close as a razor and cuts all neck hair which was an issue with shavers.best buy so far.

      I am delighted with this electric razor—it has provided me with the most exceptional shaving experience I have ever had. It surpasses a traditional wet shave in terms of both speed and simplicity, and the battery life is truly remarkable. Even after using it every other day since charging it in February, it still remains strong and reliable in April.       I was a little sceptical with some of the claims of battery life and shaving experience. I have had the product for 10 days and can say that I am very happy with it. Battery still has plenty of charge (this will be really beneficial when taking on holiday as I wont have to take charger/plug). on the shave quality, this is a quantum leap from my previous shaver. as well as being an excellent close shave, it is saving me time each day - probably about half the time from my previous shaver. It is a lot of money, however I am certain with the benefits I have noted, it is real value.

      So for many years I’d been using the Philips 9000 series shaver and loved it but it always struggled with longer hair that curled back to the skin so for hair growth longer then 3 days it was frustrating. I finally took the plunge and fronted up the cash for this Braun series 9 and oh my what a difference it’s a much closer shave just like using a razor. I got the one with the battery travel case and that is fantastic too I just wish I got the cleaning station too. I would highly recommend this shaver! The only negatives is that it doesn’t hold on to much of the shaved hair dust like the Philips did and replacement heads are more expensive but don’t let that put you off.

      Nice close shave and good battery life. A big improvement over my 6 year old Braun. I ordered with the travel charger case which works well and a charger stand. Instead of the charger stand I received a cleaning tank which I didn’t want or need! Would have been 5 stars if I had received the stand.

      This is my fourth shaver of this or similar model. I use it wet in the shower as you are meant to be able to. It gives a good shave but after about a year, water gets into the unit and causes havoc with the electronics with shaver turn on on its own, locking up etc. I had the three previous models replaced by Braun. My fourth replacement has just died with the same issues. Clearly not designed for continual wet use.

      For quite a few years I've used the Braun Series 7 shavers, and although to begin with they gave quite a good shave, after replacing the cassette the shave quality wasn't all that good. And they were pretty noisy!
      So I thought instead of buying another replacement cartridge I would invest in this Series 9. Really glad I did. The shave is far superior and even the awkward places, that the Series 7 left stubble, the series 9 has cleaned it up great. No stubble, the wife is chuffed, what more could one ask. O' and there is very little noise, just a sort of hum.
      I'm really pleased with this new shaver and would recommend it no problem.

      Cela faisait des années que je n'avais pas utilisé de rasoir électrique, j'en cherchais un qui rase très court pour avoir la peau le plus lisse possible.
      Ce rasoir fait plutôt bien le travail et m'évite de me couper avec un rasoir manuel.
      Cependant, son prix est tout de même élevé pour un rasage qui n'est pas toujours parfait. (Ou peut-être que je n'ai pas la bonne morphologie ?)
