  item as described, but be sure of all details before buying as always. this seller did not do anything to help nor offer to assist in remedying an incorrectly provided delivery address. i would have been happy to cancel and repurchase the item, for example. this resulted in the package being delivered to someone else. i was able to recover it in the end, but the seller was clearly notified about the mix up and declined to assist in my effort to remedy the mix up. skip this seller.

  The product was well packaged and arrived quickly. The only issue that I had was that it was not the processor advertised in the listing. I contacted Lenovo and they responded quickly and offered a full refund. I ended up keeping the laptop because it was still a good value for my needs. Will shop with them again.
